Services
Webjoy provides done for you website design, hosting, updates, and optional add ons such as local SEO, POS support, and mobile applications according to the plan you purchase.
Accounts and billing
You are responsible for accurate account information and for keeping payment methods current. Plans renew on the selected billing cycle until canceled. Features remain active while your subscription is in good standing.
Client responsibilities
Timely onboarding answers, brand assets, and feedback keep delivery on schedule. Delays in approvals can extend launch timelines beyond the standard 48 hour design window.
Intellectual property
You retain rights to materials you provide. Upon active subscription and payment, you receive license to use the delivered website for your business. Webjoy retains rights to internal tools, frameworks, and non client specific systems.
Acceptable use
You may not use Webjoy services for unlawful content, abusive traffic, or anything that harms other users, networks, or third party rights.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Webjoy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to fees paid for the service in the three months before the claim.
